TGF600 Thermal Mass Flow Meter

TGF600 Series Thermal Mass Flowmeter is COMATE’s latest thermal mass technology with more rugged design to adapt to harsh industrial applications. It implements COMATE’s latest sensor filming technology and high sensitivity sensors to ensure a stable measurement at very low flow rate down to 0.3Nm/s. The standard insertion model can fit in pipe line from DN80~DN500, extended model can fit in smaller pipe down to DN25 and larger pipe up to DN 6000. The latest TPA600 circuit board and a dual-line LCD display provide user with most powerful and friendly operating interface. The TPA600 technology also ensures the product to give stable and accurate measurement and reliable output.

    TGF600 Series Thermal Mass Flowmeter measures the gas mass flow base on thermal diffusion theory. It combines COMATE’s advanced technology on transmitter, sensor, filming and calibration, can provide stable and accurate measurement even under harsh industrial applications and require very less maintaining.
     
     

    TGF600 thermal mass flow meter has a no-moving part design, and can measure the mass flow directly. This feature means you can measure the mass flow meter with one single flowmeter, do not need to install any other device such as pressure sensor, secondary instrument etc, save a lot of cost and time. The meter also requires much less maintaining comparing with many other technologies as it has no part to be blocked. Thus it’s a very cost-effective ,reliable and durable measurement solution.

    TGF600 provide 1.5%FS+0.5RD accuracy. The standard turn down ratio is 100:1. We also provide featured turn down ratio down to 10:1 to meet the high accuracy requirement in the range.
